1. B.Sc. or Master’s degree earned from a recognized Tertiary Institution in any connected discipline, or an HND in a pertinent course in any field of study, with a minimum of 5 credits in SSCE/GCE/NABTEB/NECO, including Mathematics and English.
2. The candidate must be proficient in both writing and speaking.
