SEEPCO participated in the 2005 bid round held by the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) and was successful with license OML 143 (formerly OPL 280).

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Batching Plant Electrician

Locations: Lagos and Akwa Ibom
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

  • We are looking for a Batching Plant Electrician who would be responsible for the electrical operations of our ready-mix concrete plant.

Responsibilities

  • Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures
  • Plan and prioritize electric jobs to ensure deadlines are met and emergencies are handled appropriately
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on central mixing plant, weighing scales and other plant equipment
  • Coordinate with management and staff for the purpose of completing work orders efficiently
  • Abide by the company’s safety program and policies, while performing duties safely

Qualification

  • Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic) or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of working experience as industrial electrician is required for this position
  • At least 3 years of experience in a batching plant or equivalent field is required
  • Must be hardworking and show initiative with willingness to work on holidays as may be required
  • Must be willing to work in Akwa Ibom state

Salary
N100,000 – N300,000 monthly.
