Job Title: Growth and Partnership Lead

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our non-profit organization as a Grow and Partnership Lead.
  • As the Grow and Partnership Lead, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of the HelpMum vaccination tracker, HelpMum Adviser and the HelpMum e-learning mobile tablet into communities through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
  • Your primary focus will be on expanding our network of donors, and partners to further our mission and increase our impact.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy to expand the organization’s reach and impact.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including corporations, foundations, government agencies, and community organizations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Research and identify potential funding opportunities, grants, and sponsorships to support the organization’s programs and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to create compelling materials and presentations for partnership outreach.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging opportunities in non-profit growth and partnership development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in partnership development, business development, or a related field within the non-profit sector.
  • Strong understanding of non-profit operations, and grant management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop innovative strategies for growth.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
