Job Title: Growth and Partnership Lead
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our non-profit organization as a Grow and Partnership Lead.
- As the Grow and Partnership Lead, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of the HelpMum vaccination tracker, HelpMum Adviser and the HelpMum e-learning mobile tablet into communities through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
- Your primary focus will be on expanding our network of donors, and partners to further our mission and increase our impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy to expand the organization’s reach and impact.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including corporations, foundations, government agencies, and community organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Research and identify potential funding opportunities, grants, and sponsorships to support the organization’s programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to create compelling materials and presentations for partnership outreach.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging opportunities in non-profit growth and partnership development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in partnership development, business development, or a related field within the non-profit sector.
- Strong understanding of non-profit operations, and grant management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop innovative strategies for growth.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
