We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing and Sales Executive

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the Sales and Marketing activities in line with sales targets.
• Ensuring marketing collateral such as Website, Sales Office, brochures, pitch documents etc, are completed to an appropriate quality for an international standard premium residential development.
• Providing accurate and timely responses to client enquiries with a view to converting enquires to sales.
• Communicate with diaspora agents and follow up
• Promote sales through advertisements, listing services and mixers.
• Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns.
• Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.

Qualifications

• Advanced Degree in Marketing or Sales.
• Experience in property development organization.
• Minimum of 4 years post-graduation experience in Marketing and Sales with Leisure and Hospitality Experience.
