We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account Officer

Overview

  • The Account Officers will supervise the organization’s general bookkeeping staff and monitor all account transactions.
  • They will perform accounting duties and managerial responsibilities in their role.
  • A skilled Account Officer can help a company create and maintain accurate, extensive financial records and process payments and invoices with greater efficiency.

Job Description

  • Maintain receivable and payable accounts
  • Manage petty cash transactions
  • Help the team with bookkeeping duties
  • Correspond with clients and resolve billing issues, if any
  • Create and maintain reports of business costs (both material and labour)
  • Examine statements for error
  • Adjust accounts with a common record of the general ledger
  • Manage common account queries and internal audit processes
  • Deliver statements to clients, operate compensations and coordinate with heap about invoices on overdue accounts.
  • Supervise and inspect financial records to ensure accuracy and legal and tax compliance.
  • Make suggestions to management in regards to improvement opportunities in the budget
  • Create and present all financial findings to top management along with attending face to face meetings for reviews.
