We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Hostess

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Schedule: Full time

Responsibilities

• Review arrival lists to welcome guests on schedule
•  Receive guests upon arrival, delivering excellent customer experience during their time at the cube and seamless exit checkout (overseeing VIP guest arrivals and departures).
• Provide information about amenities, and various offerings at intervals (e.g. menus, area descriptions)
• Attend to guest enquiries and provide solutions timely while in the Cube
• Ensure optimal ambience level at the cinema (i.e. environ. is at best-in-class levels, all lighting utilized, music playing etc.)
• Engage with guests to ensure they’re happy with food and service
• Address customer feedback and escalate when needed
• Responsible for set up and cleanup of the Cube after each booking within stipulated time limit
•  Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• The right candidate must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university
• Minimum of 2 years in operations management at a supervisory level
