Job Title: IT Personnel

Location: Within the Surulere Axis, Lagos, Nigeria.

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced IT personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure and providing support to our staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to staff on hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates to hardware and software systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems in a timely manner.
• Manage and maintain company databases, and network systems.
• Assist with the implementation of new technology systems and upgrades.
• Develop and maintain documentation of IT processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Strong knowledge of hardware and software systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
