Job Title: Office Assistant

Location: Omole, Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

  • We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
  • General cleaning of the office area.
  • Maintaining office supply inventory.
  • Managing office filing system.
  • Maintaining office equipment as needed.
  • Aiding with client reception as needed.

Person Specification

  • Minimum of an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification.
  • Warm personality and good communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision.
  • Candidates should not be more than 23 years.
  • Proximity to Omole Phase 1 is highly desirable.
