Job Title: Student Recruiting Manager

Location: Ogba, Ikeja – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Overview

  • As a Student Recruiting Manager, your primary responsibility will be overseeing and managing recruitment efforts for attracting and enrolling students into educational programs or institutions as offered by our partners.
  • You will develop and implement recruitment strategies, build relationships with schools and organizations, and collaborate with various stakeholders to meet enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop Recruitment Strategies:

  • Create and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract prospective students domestically and internationally.
  • Identify target markets and demographics, and tailor recruitment efforts to effectively reach and engage with them.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competition to develop innovative and effective recruitment approaches.

Relationship Building:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with schools, colleges, educational agencies, counselors, and other relevant stakeholders to generate student referrals.
  • Collaborate with our academic partner faculty to understand program offerings and effectively communicate their value to prospective students.
  • Represent the organization at recruitment fairs, conferences, and events to build brand awareness and cultivate relationships.

Marketing and Promotion:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns and materials, including brochures, websites, social media content, and online advertisements, to promote educational programs and attract prospective students.
  • Utilize various marketing channels to reach target audiences, including digital marketing, email campaigns, and traditional advertising.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimize recruitment efforts.

Application and Enrollment Management:

  • Guide prospective students through the application and enrollment process, providing them with necessary information, guidance, and support.
  • Coordinate with admissions teams to ensure seamless transition from application submission to enrollment.
  • Monitor enrollment numbers, identify enrollment trends, and develop strategies to improve conversion rates and achieve enrollment targets.

Team Management:

  • Set performance targets, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging professional development and sharing best practices.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Collect, analyze, and report on recruitment data, including applicant demographics, conversion rates, and recruitment effectiveness.
  • Generate regular reports on recruitment activities, trends, and outcomes, providing insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Marketing, Business Administration).
  • Proven experience in student recruitment, admissions, or related fields within the education sector.
  • Strong understanding of student recruitment strategies, marketing principles, and enrollment management processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in leading and motivating a team.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in utilizing marketing and recruitment tools, CRM systems, and various digital marketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of international student recruitment and familiarity with visa and immigration processes (if applicable).
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 / Month.
