All applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung Scholarships for International Students at Selected German universities, Germany 2022:

  • Applicants might be Germans, international students with a diploma, or refugees. Individuals devoted to society should apply, for example, by active involvement in the student council, youth work, participation in associations and NGOs, or participation in political groups that align with the Friedrich Ebert Stiftung’s values.
