They are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Independent Sales Agent (FMCG)
Locations: Ikeja / Opebi and Surulere / Yaba – Lagos
Employment Type: Contract (Full Remote)
Job Description

  • We are currently sourcing for experienced Independent Sales Agents (ISG) that will be responsible for selling and promoting its range of products in new and existing retail stores / outlets within their assigned territories.
  • In addition, the role will be responsible for driving the brand awareness and policies through onsite, face-to-face interaction with the retail partners.
  • The ideal ISGs must be able to implement effective sales strategies onboard new retail outlets and increase sales through proper merchandising of the products.
  • Also, the ISG will be required to aggregate data of new, existing, and potential retail stores/outlets and prepare weekly reports of fieldwork to be sent to the Sales Supervisor / Manager.

Key Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND / OND / NCE qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in the FMCG sector preferably of healthy premium snacks to retail outlets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Resilient spirit.
  • Highly persuasive.
  • Great interpersonal skills.

  • Strictly commission based – N60, 000.00 for every 50 boxes sold monthly and N20, 000.00 monthly allowances for transportation and call cards.
