Eligibility Requirements:

- The candidate must be a full-time PhD student at an approved university.
- The candidate might be of any nationality and enrolled in any university in the world.
- The candidate must be directly involved in current research in one or more relevant areas.
- To take advantage of the Fellowship, the candidate must remain enrolled until the fellowship is completed.
- Students who are currently receiving a Facebook grant are ineligible.
