We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Change Analyst
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct capture pf all new link requests through the CRF portal and document in the Enterprise SC for reference purposes.
• Create unique identity (service ID) foR all Enterprise links.
• Ensure old and new links are well represented on the mpls through regular internal reconciliation
• Capture deployment and delivery of all activities by the project team
• Ensure accurate reporting of activities of BSGs concerning service documentation and job completion reports
• Monitor and update SC from enterprise service relationship team
• Update SC from BSG reports on customer links.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 1 – 2 years work experience.
