We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Responsibilities
- Come up with a comprehensive security schedule that includes physical safety and security policies.
- Reviewing existing security measures and updating protocols as needed for all security personnel.
- Overseeing the daily operations of the organization to identify potential security risks and room for improvements.
- Fostering a culture of physical and conscious security awareness by conducting training sessions and communicating with security personnel.
- Managing, evaluating, and resolving any security incidents or breaches.
- Ensuring that the organization’s security policies comply with laws
- Improving security policies to management team members.
- Working with management to develop and implement an appropriate budget for security programs.
Requirements
- Degree in any relevant course.
- Military or paramilitary background and understanding the security situation in Niger State and Nigeria in general.
- Minimum of 15 years experience as a Military Officer or a Paramilitary Officer.
- Minimum of 40 years and married
- Must be an indigene of Niger State preferably Bida locals is a plus
- Must be fit and proactive.
