Job Description

  • Opay a fintech company is currently recruiting for Customer Service Representative
  • The ideal candidate should love talking to people and proactively solving issues.


  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
  • Data entry in various platforms


  • Must be a Graduate and must have completed NYSC
  • 2- 3 years’ of relevant work experience
  • Must have banking or Fintech space (kudi, kuda, monie point,) and other mobile money operators
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
N60,000 – N70,000 / month.
