We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Direct Sales Agent
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

  • We are looking for a Direct Sales Agent to drive asset finance loan from vendor stores and online asset finance portals.


  • Identify and understand the need of the Customer.
  • Ensure Customer profile falls within focus segment
  • Sell the Banks Products proactively to new/prospective customers.
  • Ensure timely submission of weekly sales activity reports to Direct Sales Manager.
  • Participate in weekly/monthly sales performance review meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, budget achievements and cross-sell referrals.
  • Cross-sell opportunities identified should be referred to the Direct Sales Manager.
  • Ensure accuracy of all bank forms and documents executed by the Customer.
  • Ensure all loans are booked as required by customer
  • Monitor all loan repayments and ensure PAR stays below 5%
  • Ensure timely processing of all initiated Customer transactions, with specific emphasis on account opening and cheque book issuance.
  • Ensure assigned sales target and budgets are met.
  • Participate in tactical sales/marketing activities.


  • Minimum of an OND / NCE in any relevant course.
  • Experience as a Direct Sales Agent with a Microfinance Bank.
  • Not more than 32 years old.
  • Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent computer skills in the use of Microsoft office suite and working knowledge of banking software.
  • Willingness to work on flexible scheduling negotiation

N40,000 / Month plus sales commission.
