We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Retail Sales Executive
Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary and Purpose

  • Sales executives are the key point of contact between an organization and its clients: answering queries, offering advice, and introducing new products to customers.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with store management and associates.
  • Extend excellent customer service by resolving customers’ billing and service problems.
  • Attend scheduled sales meetings as per the regional office’s supervisor.
  • Contribute to retail sales team efforts by reaching product lines sales results as per sales targets.
  • Attend calls for customer inquiries on time.
  • Prepare price quotations, delivery dates, and service obligations.
  • Comply with Wireless Communications cash handling procedures for store opening and closing.

Qualifications / Experience

  • First Degree / HND in any field.
  • Related experience of working with the Purchase department is an advantage.
  • Time-oriented, friendly, and people person.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills will be helpful.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
  • Must be computer literate.
