We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Retail Sales Representative
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers
• Provide accurate product information (product features, pricing, and other sales service)
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representative team to provide excellent customer service
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services
• Any other duties assigned.

Requirements

• OND / HND / BSc in any field
• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative(Specifically in the sales of phones and accessories)
• Understanding of the retail sales process
• Familiarity with customer behaviour principles
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
• Ability to use Microsoft office tool.
