If an applicant satisfies the following requirements, they may ask to have the TOEFL/IELTS/Duolingo requirements waived:
    • enrolled in an institution with authorized English-only education for the final two years of high school or secondary school, earning a certificate; or
    • completed 30 transferable semester hours successfully at a U.S. university with regional accreditation, including a minimum of six semester hours in English (excluding remedial English or English as a Second Language course).
