Apply Procedure for Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme:
Before applying for Ph.D. admission to their preferred universities, qualified applicants must first submit an Initial Application online via the Hong Kong Ph.D. Fellowship Scheme Electronic System (HKPFSES) to acquire an HKPFS Reference Number by December 1, 2022, at 12:00:00 Hong Kong Time.
STEP 1: Submit the application firstly to the research gran council:
Applications will be accepted after September 1, 2022, at 12:00 noon Hong Kong time.

STEP 2: Submit the application for Selected University:
