Eligibility Requirements:

- Must be a first-year student of an undergraduate degree or entering a postgraduate degree program.
Ineligibility Criteria:
- An applicant who has finished his or her secondary education at a New Zealand institution and
- has finished any necessary courses at Victoria University of Wellington (i.e. Foundation Studies Program or English Proficiency Program)
- Have a Study Abroad program or are a student at one of our partner universities
- If the candidate is in the 2nd year of study at university.
