Job Title: Research & Insights Manager
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Functions & Responsibilities

  • Gathering competitive intelligence on all our clients & competition by
  • Monitoring the advertising media of radio, TV, newspapers & billboards
  • Monitoring field activities of competition
  • Maintaining competitive information file
  • Execute Focus Group Discussion (FGDs) as the need arises
  • Execute surveys as the need arises
  • Run proprietary All Media & Products (AMPS) Proprietary tools for Marketing analyses of in-house clients and competition
  • Develop qualitative research proposals
  • Analyze & write detailed qualitative research reports
  • Regularly recruit respondents for Focus Group Discussions
  • Draw up qualitative research projects budgets
  • Undertake desk (Internet) research as required to gain insights
  • Regularly create Quantitative questionnaires & Focus Group Discussion guide

Professional Requirements

  • A good First Degree or Diploma in any discipline of Research and media.
  • Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in any advertising and communication firm.
  • Experience in using research and insights to solve business problems.
